Why would I want to buy your organic products instead of what I’m using?

There are a lot of reasons to go organic, including product quality, sustainability, human health and planetary health. We also feel very strongly about our Purity promise and believe that products made without pesticides, hormones, antibiotics, preservatives, corn syrup and genetically modified organisms are MUCH better for you, for your kids and for the planet. On the personal side of things, we offer superior customer service, we take pride in making great California products, and we make our business decisions with regard for the earth.

Why would I want to pay the increased cost for an organic mix?

There is a reason that the top selling organic items in any grocery store are DAIRY products. Parents want to protect their kids from all the scary stuff in the food supply, even if they themselves still eat junk food. When you look at why people choose Frozen Yogurt over other desserts it is often a health-driven choice. So it only makes sense to offer the healthiest option available which is ORGANIC. The reality is that you pay 3-4 cents more per ounce. We believe you will save that in reduced freezer costs and operating efficiencies with our product.

You only have 4 flavors—when will you have more?

Please tell us what flavors you would like to see added. We are looking at how to grow our product line thoughtfully and sustainably. Your input is deeply appreciated.

Are you going to offer Sorbets, Non Dairy, or No Sugar Added products?

We are looking at adding a No-Sugar Frozen Yogurt mix in the near future. As for Sorbets and Non-Dairy products, they are specialty items that we are not able to produce at this time. If we find a way to make them in the future, please tell us what flavors you would like to see.

What about Point-of-Sale material?

We are designing countertop display cards and small format posters that explain “Why Organic Is A Better Choice.” As soon as they are ready, I will bring by some by for you to look at.

We don't deal with Palo Alto egg, we buy from Southwest—are they going to carry your products?

Like any distributor, Southwest will pick up our line if they hear from customers like you who want our products, so call your sales rep and ask!

Can you deliver direct or can I pick up a months worth at Wholesale price from your facilty?

We are happy to offer pick up options from our dock in Visalia with reasonable minimums and advance notice. If you are interested in direct delivery, let’s figure out if your ordering pattern would benefit from that service.

Can you make specific flavors for us—i.e. a proprietary blend?

We are happy to have the discussion. In the meantime, it would help us if you start with our basic products so that we can get a sense of what kind of production volume would serve your needs.
